   Crowne Plaza Hotel is a good value, strategically-located 5-star hotel with comprehensive facilities. I would happily stay there again.

   My (deluxe) room was large (48 m2), included free broadband internet and a great view of the Senayan/Sudirman area out the window. The TV had 28 channels including all the major movies and sports networks, and – unusually – a current Kabelvision guide to know what was on when. There was also a large bathrobe and bathroom, although the bath/shower area was a little cramped and the hot water was slow to arrive.

   The hotel has a full range of dining and sports facilities (although the spa was closed for renovations when I was there), and near the pool was some children’s play equipment.

   Breakfast was very nice, although at first I received a teacup with a lipstick stain. I can recommend the French toast.

   Crowne Plaza Hotel is suitable for both single business travellers and families.
